Shipping Information
Our shipping costs are as fair as possible. We will ship
your parcels from Tuesday to Friday (Saturdays under reservation). For organisational reasons: International "Warenpost" shipments will be dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays only - the "express
delivery" option is no longer available. Thank you for your understanding.
Your envelope/parcel will be shipped discreetly and in plain packaging (including tracking-ID) - wether national* or international**. After your order has been shipped, we will send you a track & trace link for your parcel via DHL automatically. IMPORTANT NOTICE: For "Warenpost"-envelopes (9.99 Euro shipping fee) please send us an email and ask for tracking details.
Following rates are depending on the gross weight. If your shipment exceeds the maximum weight of 31,5kg, please contact us. A second
package will be necessary. Please count in shipping materials and or packaging material, if you buy many or only single balloons. Especially if you purchasing bags of misprints or heavy goods.
Due to systems preferences and a large number of products, gross weight may vary. The weight calculated by the shop system is decisive for the shipping costs. The actual package weight may differ
for technical reasons.
For example (EU/Switzerland/World):
1 kilogram Misprints = shipping as 2kg-package.
2 kilogram Misprints = shipping as 5kg-package.

** The shipping service "Warenpost" is currently not available for following countries: Chile. In principle, "Warenpost" shipments are subject to long transit times - please take into account possible transit times of up to 90 days outside the European Union.
*** An additional "international crisis surcharge" applies to the following countries and must be added to shipping costs shown above:
Brasil (3,00 Euro per Kilogram); Chile (4,00 Euro per Kilogram); USA / Singapore / South Africa (2,50 Euro per Kilogram); Japan / Taiwan (1,50 Euro per Kilogram).
**** For United Kingdom we charge a Brexit-Handling-surcharge of 5,00 Euro per each parcel (except "Warenpost").
