Our shipping costs are as fair as possible. We will ship your parcels (DHL) from Monday to Friday (Saturdays under reservation). The "express delivery" and "Warenpost" options are no longer available due to logistical reasons - thank you for your understanding.

Your parcel will be shipped discreetly and in plain packaging (including tracking-ID) - wether national*  or international**. After your order has been shipped, we will send you a track & trace link for your parcel via DHL automatically only if you agree to the provision (checkout area).

Following rates are depending on the gross weight. If your shipment exceeds the maximum weight of 31,5kg, we will contact you (a second package will be necessary). Please count in shipping materials and or packaging material, if you buy many or only single balloons. Especially if you purchasing bags of misprints or heavy goods. Due to systems preferences and a large number of products, gross weight may vary. The weight calculated by the shop system is decisive for the shipping costs. The actual package weight may differ for technical reasons.

 For example (Switzerland/World):

1 kilogram goods = shipping as 2kg-package.

2 kilogram goods = shipping as 5kg-package.
